Yin Yoga is a slow, supported practice using various props to create gentle pressure within the body to help release tension and move energy within the entire body.

In this workshop, we will be sequencing our postures to help our body’s digestive system, nervous system, and lymphatic system to promote better blood flow and improve overall gut health.

This workshop is great for anyone currently experiencing any gut-related illness, irritation or frustration or anyone who would just like a better bathroom experience.
