Join Janet for a 2-hour class to explore your edges and boundaries.

A combination of movement and stillness we will unwind into a deeper awareness of breath and inner self.

Space is limited to cultivate an intimate class for hands-on assistance and personal attention in postures to deepen your experience. 

Come to nourish your body, and your spirit with a deep dive into what makes you, you.

 

This is an all-level class best suited for students with some Yoga experience.

what to expect:

  • The use of all the Yoga props including blocks, blankets, bolsters

  • Movement and alignment-based class to cultivate space in the body and melt into stillness and a deeper awareness of you

  • Slightly heated room to allow for a greater opening and relaxation of body and mind
