Join Sound Bath Practitioner,  Savannah Powers and  RYTT 500+ hour Yoga Teacher, Janet Havenga for an artsy & soul-inspiring workshop focused on visualizing, creating, & beginning to manifest our goals & desires. Are you needing a little inspiration?

Come explore & connect with others who are ready for transformation & taking steps forward with inspired action.

In this workshop, we will begin with a creative Yin Yoga flow practice that will help you connect with your body, and promote inner balance. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you'll be guided through a sequence that supports your unique needs.

We will gently flow into a group sound bath to help you visualize and activate your creative mind as well as release what no longer serves us while inviting in the new.

We will finish out our day together getting crafty as we apply positive intention to our thoughts and visualizations, we can begin to create our vision boards for the new year! Join us for this exciting workshop as we bring in the new year together.

What to expect:

  • 45-minute Yin Yoga Practice using yoga props such as blankets and bolsters to relax and unwind the body and mind.

  • 60 minutes of sound bowls and inspiring vibrations, lying in a resting pose to immerse yourself and open to channels of manifestation.

  • 90 minutes to cut and paste and build the vision board of your manifestations for 2025.

  • A relaxing yet social environment to sip tea and spend some time being inspired for your 2025!

What we provide:

  • -All art materials, but feel free to bring any additional magazines, images, or quotes you’d like to add.

  • Blankets and bolsters provided

  • Tea and snacks provided

  • A journal (if you have one) paper will be provided in substitution

  • Yoga mat

  • A friend if you want to share the experience with someone

Savannah studied Psychology at Western Washington University and has been learning Pacific Northwest Ethnobotany, Herbal Medicine, & Plant Identification for the last several years. She is a forager, lover of sound therapy, meditation, yoga, & mindfulness practices. She is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner through the SoundEmbrace Institute and has completed two 10-month herbal medicine/ ethnobotany apprenticeships through Trillium Medicine and Raven's Roots Naturalist School.

She owns & operates a small business selling wild-harvested & handmade herbal products in addition to providing sound therapy workshops & private sessions for clients in Washington state. She has several years of experience working in education, mentoring, & coaching people of all ages. She serves clients in need of self-care, who want to connect with their higher self and become empowered to move forward into the lives they want to live.
